Thai Tea with Cheese Foam Topping (Halloween Edition)

Ingredients

4 tbsp Thai Tea mix/leaves

1 cup water

1 tbsp condensed milk or half & half

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup Judee's Cream Cheese Powder

3 tbsp water
-
2 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Thai Tea:
Cheese Foam Topping:
Directions
Boil the water with the Thai tea mix/leaves for 3 minutes
Strain the mix/leaves with a sifter or reusable tea cloth filter
Pour the Thai tea in a glass and mix with milk and condensed milk
Making the Cheese Foam Topping:
Combine cream cheese powder, water, and sugar; stir until there are no clumps
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to whip heavy whipping cream until there are stiff peaks
Slowly combine the cream cheese mixture to whipped cream and fold them together
Pour cheese foam topping into the Thai tea glass
