Make these delicious healthy Chia Yogurt Popsicles by Amee Vora using our Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Blue Spirulina Powder, and our Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder.

2 tbsp Judee’s Organic Chia Seeds

¼ cup + 2 tbsp coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp dairy-free vanilla yogurt

Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust as per yogurt sweetness)

1½ tsp Judee’s Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder

1 cup dairy-free yogurt

1 tsp vanilla essence

Optional: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1½ tsp Judees Blue Spirulina Powder

Directions
Chia layer: Combine chia layer ingredients and set aside for 10-15 minutes (stir once or twice), until the chia seeds activate and the mixture is creamy.
Strawberry yogurt layer and Spirulina yogurt layer: Combine the ingredients listed and let it rest for 5 mins.
Assemble popsicles: Spoon each layer into popsicle molds in patches. Start with one corner of the mold and add 1 spoon (spoon size as per preference) of the creamy chia layer. Add 1 spoon of the strawberry yogurt next to the chia mixture. Continue this process until the mold is full.
Follow step 3 for the Spirulina yogurt layer and freeze overnight.
