Ingredients

3/4 cup Judee's Fava Bean Flour

1/4 cup Judee's Arrowroot Starch

1/2 tsp salt
-
2 tsp Italian seasoning
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
3/4 cup hot tap water
-
Pesto or pizza sauce
-
Grated cheese of choice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 deg F. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir, then add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour batter onto a 10” cast iron skillet and spread out into an even layer and bake on 400F for 8 minutes, then remove and top with pesto or pizza sauce and grated cheese to taste.
Then put back into the oven on broil for about 10-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
