Make these Gluten Free Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies using our All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

2/3 brown sugar

3/4 cup - 1 cup white sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

4 tsp matcha powder

3 eggs

white chocolate chips
Directions
Heat butter over medium heat in a saucepan until dark golden brown. Remove from heat to cool.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and matcha powder
Add both sugars into the cooled brown butter and add in eggs, mix until well combined
Add the dry ingredients into wet mixture and stir until everything is incorporated
Fold in the white chocolate chips
Split the dough into smaller balls and slightly flatten them before placing in the refrigerator for a few hours
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Enjoy with your favorite tea or milk of choice
