Make this delicious and easy fall breakfast using our vanilla powder!
Ingredients

1 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder

2 bananas, mashed

1/4 cup almond butter

1 1/2 cup oats
-
2 tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup golden milled ground flax meal

1/3 cup honey
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/2 cup oat milk
-
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

2 cups fresh grated carrots
-
1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions
Mash bananas then combine all ingredients except grated carrots & chocolate chips.
Then add grated carrots & chocolate chips and stir gently into batter.
Line a 8” pan with parchment paper, pour batter into the pan and spread out evenly, then bake on 350F for about 35 mins until golden on top.
Top off with a drizzle of almond butter and serve or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
