Make these delicious sweet potato curry nacho fries using our corn starch & coconut flour!
Ingredients

1/4 cup of Judee's Corn Starch

1/4 cup of Judee's Coconut Flour

3 small-medium sweet potatoes cut into thin 1/4” fries

1/4 cup oat milk
-
avocado spray oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp cardamon
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp garam masala
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1/ tsp turmeric
-
Add at end: grated cheese
-
1 tbsp red curry paste to taste

2 tbsp sriracha
-
2 tbsp avocado mayo

Directions
For the fries, toss sliced sweet potatoes in a large bowl with corn starch, flour and spices, then toss together
Add oat milk and combine
Spread out in the air fryer basket in an even layer and spray with avocado oil
Cook in air fryer for about 30 minutes, then sprinkle a couple handfuls grated cheese (I used a cheddar mix) on top and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted
Whisk together ingredients for sauce in a small bowl and serve with fries!
