Make Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Corn Grits at home or during your camping trip
Ingredients

¼ cup packed Judee’s Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Corn Grits
-
1 cup water or milk
-
1 tbsp butter
-
pinch of salt
Directions
Bring 1 cup water to a boil
Stir or whisk 1/4 cup Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Corn Grits into boiling water
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes until thickened
Add butter and salt to taste
Remove from heat and enjoy
*Tip: For thicker grits decrease water, for thinner grits increase water
Suggested Uses:
Serve with meatballs, grilled steak, chicken, or fish
Make a large batch and use leftovers to make fried grits cakes
