Make these delicious muffins using our Cauliflower Flour and Cassava Flour.
Ingredients

1/2 cup Judee’s Cauliflower Flour

1 cup Judee’s Cassava Flour

1/2 cup of your favorite non dairy milk

2 eggs
-
2 tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp baking soda
-
½ cup of vegetable or coconut oil
-
½ cup pure maple syrup
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
A dash of salt
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup water
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a standard 12 cup muffin pan.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and wet ingredients in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way with the batter.
Bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked completely. Let cool and enjoy!
