Make this delicious gluten-free chia seed pudding by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes using our Black Chia Seeds and Vanilla Powder!
Ingredients

1/2 cup Judee’s Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder

2 cups oat milk

1/3 cup coconut shreds
-
1-2 tbsp honey to taste

pinch of salt

1 cup frozen blueberries
-
more blueberries and coconut shreds
For the Pudding:

Directions
Add all ingredients for the pudding into a bowl (I like to use a meal prep container with an airtight lid) and stir together until combined.
Then chill in the fridge (with the lid on) for 2 hours or until thick and pudding-like.
Once ready, pour however much you want into a cup and top with more blueberries and coconut shreds!
