Makes a good mac-and-cheese with the pasta of your choice.
After Annie's discontinued their whole wheat boxed mac & cheese, I searched in vain for something similar. Kraft offered one for a short time, but withdrew it quickly, and with good reason. Wonderful and versatile cheese sauce powder
I made a mac n cheese side dish with this for dinner and found it to be a wonderfully easy to use and versatile product. I will try lots of different applications. It is a welcome addition to my pantry.

Fantastic flavor and aroma. It's pure powdered cheddar, semi-sharp and pungent. I have not used on popcorn yet but I have made cheddar cheese sauces with it which turned out perfectly cheddary and creamy.
