Gluten-free Pancakes
Ingredients

1 ½ cup Judee’s Pancake Dry Mix
- 1 Large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 ½ Tbsp Melted Butter

8 oz (1 ½ cup) dry mix
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup oil (4 Tbsp)

Directions
Mix 1 ½ cups (8oz) of Judee’s Pancake mix with melted butter, milk and eggs in a medium bowl.
- Heat a skillet or pan over medium low heat Once warm, lightly grease with cooking spray or oil of choice
- Using a small ladle, pour approximately 2 Tbsp. of batter onto the pan and cook until the edges set slightly and bubbles form.
- Using a flexible spatula, carefully flip the pancakes over and cook for 30-45 seconds more or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and serve with your favorite toppings !
